• Coordinate with instructors, and participants to ensure smooth operations

We are in immediate need of volunteer bartenders to join our team. This opportunity is perfect for members who are passionately committed to the social aspect of curling. You get the opportunity to meet members from all leagues and act as host for the Simcoe Curling Club. This opportunity is not just about fulfilling your volunteer hours, it is also about serving as an ambassador and having fun while you're doing it. And, as an added bonus, the tips are yours to keep.
You will first need to attend a training/orientation session with our bar manager followed by further on-the-job training. Responsibilities include opening/closing the club, stocking inventory, general cleanliness, handling cash and processing sales through our register.
Due to the training and responsibilities involved with the position, a minimum of 20 hours (4-5 shifts) will be required to fulfill the volunteer program requirement.

Requirements:  Valid Smart Serve Certification
