What It Is
The Code of Conduct is the club’s playbook for respectful, fair, and safe behavior. It
outlines how all members—curlers, coaches, spectators, and volunteers—are expected
to act while representing or participating in the club.
Top 5 Things You Should Know
1. Be Respectful Treat others with kindness and fairness. Bullying, harassment, or
discriminatory behavior of any kind isn’t tolerated.
2. Play with Integrity Follow the rules, respect officials and volunteers, and uphold
the spirit of curling—both on and off the ice.
3. Stay Safe Any form of violence, maltreatment, or threatening behavior puts
others at risk and goes against club values.
4. Act Responsibly Online If you’re sharing online about the club, make sure it’s
respectful and doesn’t harm anyone’s reputation.
5. Know Your Role Coaches, athletes, parents, and board members each have
responsibilities—these are clearly explained in the full policy.
